Mahékal Beach Resort is a legendary resort destination located on 800 feet of white sand beach in the heart of vibrant Playa del Carmen. Mahekal’s beach village concept offers 121 thatched roof, palapa-style bungalows within steps of the famous 5th Avenue, the entertainment, shopping and restaurant district of Playa del Carmen. Massages are available on the beach or in the Wellness Center and our professional concierge will personally arrange your excursions to nearby Tulum, Chichen Itza, Coba, Xel-Ha and Xcaret. The Resort operates on the Modified American Plan (MAP) where your breakfast and dinner or lunch are included in the room rate.
