L'Hermitage is an hotel and restaurant situated in the heart of Mallorca and which over the years has become a favourite meeting point for nature lovers and gourmets. This old monastery is found in the valley of Orient in the Tramuntana mountains, in a conservation area surrounded by forests and lush vegetation.
