Central Courtyard:The Moorish fountain in the centre is made of white marble and decorated with potted geraniums. The arches are inlaid with a freeze of polychrome tiles featuring historical characters in the purest Renaissance style and is separated from the gallery that surrounds the patio by great bay-windows.

Conceived to be the most luxurious hotel in Europe when it was commissioned in 1928, the Alfonso XIII still remains one of Spain's most prestigious properties and reflects the grace of Andalucia's Arab heritage.
