An ideal hotel. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Knowing that C'hagen is expensive, the advertised "evening snack" was a boon, some "snack" at 4 courses plus coffee! Thoroughly recommend this hotel, and they achieve what they say in the advertising, which is that they try to make you feel you're at home. Would definitely choose this hotel next time.

Negatieve opmerkingen

First night the room was cold, and it was not possible to alter the room thermostat. Next day the staff gave us a room change without question, which was fine.

Algemene opmerkingen

Very well placed 5 minutes from the central station, which was why we chose it, even though it was on the edge of the red light district - frankly that didn't bother us at all because it was unobtrusive.
