The location is wonderful, peaceful, near museums, trams, Concertgebouw, and great restaurants. The room was large. The breakfast was nice. The woman, Afrodite, at the front desk was very helpful.

Negatieve opmerkingen

The beds are soft, the furnishings were outdated, the cleaning was okay but there was a broken cookie on the floor of our room when we arrived, the front desk closes during the week at 7 pm, but is open all night on the weekends, the towels are few and very thin, neither remote we got for the TV had fully functioning numbers, the smoking area in the back does mean there is noise and the smell of smoke for those in the first floor rooms with windows above it

Algemene opmerkingen

In spite of these drawbacks, we became more and more accustomed to this large room and its strong shower, and believe we might try it again next time we're in Amsterdam because of the good deal it is.
