The chef de cuisine is unsing only fresh products. Due to the perfect location of the hotel, downtown Frankfurt (approx. 100 meter to the main railway station), the sights of the city are in walking distance e.g. the house of Goethe, Hauptwache, Zeil, the old opera house, Museumsufer (museums at the river bank), the Roemerberg with the st. Pauls cathedral (historical city center), elegant shopping stores at Goethestrasse, Fressgass, Kaiserstrasse, the stock exchange and banking quarter. The fair-grounds are reachable in 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes by the underground from the main train station.
