Casa Rovai is located on the first floor of a buinding in Fiesolana Street, in the quarter of san Pier Maggiore. The street dates back to the second series of walls around the city. You can reach Casa Rovai from the main Santa Maria Novella train station by taking bus n.14 and getting off the Via Ghibellina stop (or by taking bus A, getting off at the Via Verdi stop). We are located in the area of Florence's main theatres, between the Pergola and Verdi Theatres, with plenty of typical Tuscan restaurants, cafés, wine-bars, and night clubs nearby which make the quarter lively and animated night and day. A few steps away, in Ciompi Square, you will find an antiques market and in Ghiberti Square you will find the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, a 19th century food market.
