The Ciria family counts on a great hotel experience from 1976. In 1990 the Ciria Hotel started up. In the construction of the building it has been respected the altoaragonesa traditional architecture and the materials of the zone: wood and stones of the valley. In this small mountain hotel the deal with the client is direct and very customized, occupying each member of the family the direction of a department. The establishment counts on the restaurant "the Fogaril", name that receives by the cupola of stone, granite and aged wood that is in the entrance of the dining room. This stone fire surrounded by an artisan cadiera of wood, is the suitable place to make animated meetings. The kitchen is directed by Dionisio Ciria, quie has known to rescue old prescriptions of the grandmother and it as well surprises to us with new and creative plates, obtaining to offer to the client a traditional kitchen with culinarias innovations. The brothers Ciria, great hunters and enthusiastic fishermen and by the mountain, offer in their letter meats and fish that they themselves have captured, the same happens with the varieties of mushrooms, wild fruits and different grass that uses in their stews. Also the Anise d'arañons (will patxarán) and the wine of raspberries make they themselves.
