Emmaus Hotel is situated on the slopes of mount Etna, overlooked the Gulf of Catania, not so far from the centre of Zafferana, the “town of honey”. Its name “Emmaus” derives from a little village in the North of Jerusalem, where the risen Christ appeared to two disciples. The Hotel was built in the 60th as a Cultural and Spiritual Centre, a place for meditation and prayer, and it is run by Don Bosco’s Salesians since that time. Now, the building, recently renovated, is an oasis of relax and peace, and it offers to its guests beautiful rooms furnished with every comforts, wide terraces, inner halls furnished in a modern style, ideal for meeting, courses, banquets and every kind of events.
