Very poor performance of one of the girls working the night May 21st in reception. Not treating us as guest but as annoying tourists. When checking out she had the same attitude - would have been nice to have her say thank you for staying with us or something. She said nothing when we left.

Hard to get to the outside pool area with children since you had to go trough the basement with lots of stairs.
