Rooms nice size with good powerful showers.

Rooms were dusty in places and light fittings were very poor quality for that standard of hotel. There were no Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Towels did not looks very fresh...gone old and grey

Nice hotel generally , not not the quality i would normally asociate with 4* accomodation. Staff on Reception unhelpfully and unfriendly... surly ! That is not a good image to convey on a front desk....

Very poor for the cost--breakfast was the worst I've had in eleven years of living & going to Spanish hotels !!! & the room was only average for the price, only the same as elsewhere for half the cost.

We were advised to eat out as the food & cooking in the hotel was second rate--& we found out it was !!!!!!!! We would actively try to tell people not to use this hotel. We were their for a friends funeral as were other guests we all wished we had gone elsewhere------anywhere!!!!!! to put it bluntly a total rip off as we English say--very very poor

The La Laguna Spa & Golf Hotel formally opened in July 2002, and is located on the Costa Blanca, to the south of Alicante. The hotel is situated in a privileged and relaxing environment, surrounded by Nature Reserves, 5 golf courses and the best beaches of Guardamar, Torrevieja and Orihuela, which are approx 4 km. from the hotel. The Hotel boasts 95 rooms, of which 4 are Royal Suite, 26 are Junior Suite (4 with Jacuzzi) and 65 are double standard rooms (4 adapted for the handicapped). Each room is complete with a bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, a telephone, safe box, a TV with satellite, an Internet connection, music system and a mini-bar. The hotel is completed by an outdoor salt water swimming-pool, 700 m2 of SPA area, a fitness area, a bar, a pool bar, and 2 restaurants with a huge range of delicious international and Mediterranean dishes, allocated parking spaces and private garages. We offer a full range of relaxing SPA treatments including a Turkish bath, a Finnish Sauna and a cold cabin. Other natural treatments such as massage and aesthetics are also available in the SPA area.
