Milling through the crowds are waitresses in traditional dress bearing trays of food and drink. Though informal, the cuisine is of a high standard, with all the salads, vegetables and herbs organically grown in the hotel’s garden. Life’s simple pleasures, such as massage, solarium, sauna and Turkish bath are all catered for in a well-equipped health club.
