To arrival at 9pm to the hotel they didn't recognize the reservation I've did! i booked: 30 euro/first night arrival after 8pm and total of 300 euros for 5 nights+first 1/2/ night,but they asked me 90 euros per night!!!! they told me that the price which i booked was for 1 person not for 1 room even if the reservation was very clear: the price/room with sea view!! after they saw that i know that the price 90 euro/room is for 4 stars in central position,they offered me for 45euro/night first night and the next nights for 55 euro/night. we moved next day to another hotel better position-central with 60euro/night.sea view was one court yard with garbage and Turkish apartments from which the people see from their apartm.into our room by windows. the position is one bad neighbourhood,far away from Sultahnamed,the bathroom is need urgent update,is very old.is far away from tram ao metro;is near only by train station like position.don't go there!! to their price you'll find another many hotel in better position for visiting.they told me that tobook is not important for them,only expedia. I'll write anyway to all booking sites.they lie also: they haven't Turkish bath,billiard,nothing.they are only one bad 2 stars hotel with receptionist which make the price how he want (double!) and any respect for reservation!
