These are the new Norman Heemskerk Suites Amsterdam, that we have fully renovated four fully-furnished suites dedicated to the natural elements of air, fire, water and earth. Privacy, peace and comfort are yours, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Your tranquil suite, dedicated to one natural element, offers 55 or 60 square meters, and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with separate dining area, and a bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub or with Jacuzzi – complete with a soft, luxurious housecoat – as well as a separate toilet off of the bedroom. The floors are cork – natural, soundproof and comfortable. Did we mention the use of our netbook with a fast internet connection and 2 flat TV screens? The Concertgebouw, with its beautiful, sunny café, and world-renowned concerts, is just around the corner – less than a minute away. With the most exclusive shops in Amsterdam just down the street, and the Van Gogh Museum and Rijks Museum about 3 minutes away, you can’t find a better location for experiencing Amsterdam’s cultural heartbeat. Also a short walk away is the happening Leidseplein, with the famous American Café, the Staadschouwberg and the Melkweg music hall. Leidseplein boasts an incredible number of restaurants, shops, cafes, theatres and performance centres.
