All of the apartments have satellite TV, and individually controllable central heating. The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet, according to the apartments. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground, giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of each apartment. The main post office, supermarket, shops and boutiques, bars and typical restaurants, bank and car rent are all within walking distance. The train station is within a very short walking distance.
