The new Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century Mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, a wonderful terrace on the charming Florence view. It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture (Santa Croce Cathedral, Signoria Square, the Uffizi Museum and the Old Bridge) and at the same time it is close to the Avenues which are the main link-up roads in town. With its new restyling, the Residence San Niccolò combines the old architectural style with the best modern solutions for offering its guests suggestive and confortable stays on the Arno riverside. We propose two different accomodations for your florentine stay. either the classic accomodation in our Apartments - all carefully renovated- enjoying the confort and the privacy of an independent home; or the Aparthotel solution, with accomodation in double/Junior Suite with hotel service: daily cleaning and breakfast (box breakfast in room) but yet with possibility of self-catering (cooking corner in all rooms). The rooms, finished with the utmost taste, combine the elegant classic style to functionality; in living rooms and bedrooms clear wooden furniture perfectly fit the bleu tapestry, while the intimacy of cotto or parquet floors meet the crystal of the tables and the transparence of the lamps, creating around our guests the charming atmosphere of old Florence. Furnished with elegance, all rooms are spacious and provided with all conforts: telephone (Internet access able), television, video-housephone, air conditioning and private heating, cooking corner fully equipped. The building, just restaured, offers the perfect image of a XIX century florentine palace, while the inner courtyard is now a parking place. A new Laundry room has also been created at our guests' disposal.
